"Perfect neighborhood park. An open sky park for when it's cold out to help warm the eaquipment. A shaded set of equipment too, for when it's hot, to keep the equipment cool and shaded. Only drawbacks, which might not be much of a drawback at all, are there really is no parking. Then that's what makes it a perfect neighborhood park. In my opinion, of course."
