"EVERYTIME I CALL THE OLD BLACK LADY IS RUDE LIKE I OWE HER MONEY! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD PUT A NEGATIVE STAR. If she don’t like her job she needs to quit! Keep being all nasty on the phone. I hate calling and speaking with her cuz she’s never nice always so mean. They send me letters about taking my money. I wish it was someone else they had answering the phone. I would not recommend and I have told my family and friends about this behavior. It’s really disturbing to call to make a payment and she mad ! Like how! I’m the one that’s making a payment"

"I agree with everyone who said they would rate 0 stars if they could. I got this very vague threatening letter from John Lindler saying that I owed money. I hadn’t received any notification from GBMC and when I called for clarification, I was met with very aggressive threats of court dates if I didn’t pay. I still don’t know what bill this is for and I’ve called several times. Making payments is impossible. There’s no option for a payment plan and there was once an ability to make a payment on the website (but I now see that the option is no longer there.) After beating my head against the wall with this firm trying to at least pay something on this account, I now see that I have a record in the Baltimore court system regarding this debt."

"Unfortunately I couldn't give the "0". Very unprofessional. Don't give them any of your personal information. I've made payment arrangements for several months now but I was a few days late this month. Instead of trying to reach me, they called my place of employment. I work overnight and it slipped my mind. It was my fault for forgetting but calling my job without trying me first was absolutely uncalled for. I will be contacting the bar association and I recommend everyone else does also. I will call them tomorrow because they aren't open now and just sit back and watch karma get those scumbags."

"The only one who ever bothered to help me work out a payment plan that I could actually afford was Josh. He was very nice to me on the phone and didn't laugh at me like the previous person I was dealing with did. The previous man told me I needed a large lump some at once then I can work out a payment plan of a minimum of 200 a month. If I had that kind of money I wouldn't be in debt to begin with! Thank you Josh for working with my budget. I'd rather be paying what I can afford each month then nothing at all towards the bill."

"First of all if I could give them 0 stars I would. I agree with all of the other people who gave this law firm a 1 star rating. The first time that I was called by them I told them that I wanted to see everything in writing. The person who I was talking to was rude and hung up the phone (later I found out that they all tend to do that if you disagree with what they have to say) and I never received anything in the mail until I was given a court notice. I tried calling them back multiple times before I received the court notice but my calls would not go through. . At first I thought that this was a scam to get me to send them money. I then discovered that they blocked my phone number when I called from a friend's phone and the call went through but when the automated system prompted me to put in my number it would instantly disconnect. I have had to block my number to call them from my phone and then input a fake number in the prompt in order to speak to someone. Everyone who I have had to talk to is unprofessional rude and inappropriate. Yeah I'm talking about you Mr. Wonder, Ms. Smith, and Bridgette. I am filing a complaint with the bar association and I will be contacting all of the hospitals that this firm represents to inform them of the way they conduct business."
