"My first time here, I probably would only return if I was invited back. I would not have my own party at this location. The instructor was incredibly insensitive. It seemed she could not get the guests attention at all during the session. She kept making small condescending remarks since no one was listening to her. There was another young lady assisting her, but not instructing, who was very kind and polite and she’s partly the reason I’m giving two stars. I walked in, saw another staff member and wasn’t even greeted by her so I had no idea where to go. We could listen to our own music nor could we turn up the music they had is listening to. I’ll say the experience was ok. The facility was ok but they should work on their customer service skills and hospitality."
