"The store itself is okay but listen to this... There is a lady who works there, her name is Caroline, and she flat out trash talked my 3 year old... just read this because this is insane: my son found a toy bell in the store, it was misplaced, we asked where the rest of the bells were and Caroline showed us to them. It's important i mention this piece of info because that was her ONLY interaction with my son. He chose the bell he wanted plus a couple of other little toys and my mom took him to the register to pay. I stayed back because I wanted to buy my household goods separately. So I had my other baby in a stroller and we walked up to the register to get in line, she looks down at my 9 month old daughter and says "your brother is driving me crazy". Why did she say this? I have no idea why, he was so well-behaved in the store and he was so excited for his little bell, so I was speechless by her comment. I chose to let it roll off my back although it bothered me because who says things like that? And THEN when my mom and son were at the register paying, she wouldn't break a dollar for my mom so that my son could get a sticker from the cent machines by the front door. Why? Again, I have no clue. She claimed those sticker machines inside the store are not affiliated with Dollar Tree and she cannot support us by exchanging a dollar for 4 quarters. I'm standing there listening because now she appears to be unleashing her own frustration on my mom, but my mom being the nonchalant one said "okay", grabbed her items, and took my son outside to wait for me. That was strike two for me because now this treatment is feeling intentional. So when it was my turn to check out, she asked me how I'm doing, I said I'm doing okay, and she sort of tried to finish my sentence for me and said "...now that he's gone!". Listen... this was the last strike for me and I made sure to speak my peace because the "he" she is referring to is MY baby who did absolutely nothing wrong. She couldn't even look at me because I think she was shocked that I clapped back at her. "THATS MY CHILD you're talking trash about!" Caroline crossed a line today. I *almost* let it slide after the first two instances but she seems like the kind of lady who isn't used to people putting her in her place. She said she didn't "mean it" but which part didn't you mean, Caroline?? The part where you said he's driving you crazy after we asked where an item is? Or the part where you wouldn't make change for a dollar so he could get a sticker?! Or the part where you told me [it's better] "now that he's gone"?!! Caroline needs to reassess who she thinks she is because one of these days someone might just remind her."

"Great stop to stock up on cheap Christmas items or little odds and ends needed for around the house for cheap. Dollar stores are also great to go to on vacation when you need something but not a lot of it. The particular location could be organized better and maybe cleaned a bit more frequently but it's the perfect cheap spot to get a little something quick"

"I live very close to this dollar tree. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is understaffed in my opinion. I also was surprised that you can't take your carts in the parking lot anymore. I have to wonder if it is more expensive to buy new carts with the long poles( so you can't leave the store with them) or just hire someone to get the carts in the parking lot. It seems like a big inconvenience to the customers to gather all their bags and take them to their cars. Especially if they have young children with them."

"First time shopping at this dollar store, and this will be the only one I shop at for now on. Got tremendous service from Rasul, even while he was multitasking with multiple customers. Had my balloons ready before I could even realize it. Had a great experience, thank you!"

"I love this store because you never have to ask for a price. However, it used to be everything was $1. Now everything is $1.25, but they don't tell you that. I went in thinking that everything was still $1 and was surprised when it all rang up at $1.25. So be aware and forewarned that the Dollar Tree is now the Dollar and a Quarter Tree."
