"I'm disabled and I live here semi temporarily through DSS this is the best hotel in the county that works with DSS all the bad comments are people that have never had to struggle in life the staff here are always friendly person that works at the desk it is very friendly and very respectful I'm very grateful that a room here opened up because the motel that I was put at before wasn't good for me because I'm a recovering addict as well it may have been bad here a couple years ago but as far as I've seen now it's mainly older people and families and every once in a while a spot will open up for a single person I just happened to get lucky but yeah as far as I'm concerned I've had nothing but a five-star experienced since I got here and I'm very happy to be here"

"i don’t recommend you stay here at all. upon check in my room was a disaster, i had to go out and buy my own supplies just to clean it. dead flowers under the nightstands, graduation decorations stuck to the head board, toilet a nasty mess, ceiling in the shower falling down, hair in the drains. i stayed for two weeks and not one time did someone come to clean my room. i kept getting the slips but no one cleaned. i asked the general manager if i had to be there when the cleaners came and he said no but like i said no one ever came to clean it. yesterday the cleaners took all my towels and rags and didn’t return them so when i went to the desk this morning to explain my frustration the general manager basically waived me off and told me to have my dss house me elsewhere. if you have a choice don’t stay here."

"Do not stay here. I stopped for the night on 8/7/2023. I did not have a reservation. However office staff was civil, and did have a room for me , but they were disorganized. I had to drive around to the back entrance to get to my room. Door required key card to enter, but card reader was not next to door. Also the sidewalk near the door had 5 shady looking guys just standing around. Some were smoking. I DID NOT feel safe. Upon entering, lighting in hallways was poor and floors were dirty. At my room there was an empty donut box sitting on the floor next to the door. Looking down the hallway, there was garbage by a lot of the doors. Door to room was swollen and hard to open and close. Bedroom was clean, however, the bathroom was in total disrepair and disgusting. I would not use the shower/tub because of its condition. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in room, but no coffee maker. I did try to walk to the breakfast room from my room inside the hotel, but again I did not feel safe. And I could not find my way there."

"The owners REFUSE to allow me to rent a room there because 10 years ago I brought my VERY pregnant cat with me for the 1 night I stayed there. The room was left in much better condition then it was when I received it. The cat had here babies the following evening at home."

"The receptionist was really kind and lovely. The hotel however was very dark, dirty and pretty scary. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and the bin had a bloody tissue in it. The shower and toilet were both dirty. Figures lurking in the dark hallways and police patrolling the area. We ended up going back to reception and asked for a refund as we did not feel comfortable in this place."
