"Our family recently moved to the area and enrolled our son into a daycare/preschool close to our house. It did not take us long to see that was not working out. We moved him to Childtime, which was a little out of our way but without a doubt worth it. Three big points they hit: I was able to make a real person connection to the staff. They were always compassionate, concerned with my child's care and offered genuine support to our family. My son LOVED everyone there. Kids don't lie, so if he is happy that tells me he is being treated in a way he feels is nurturing. They were able to make personalized concessions based on our needs. It was not just a one size fits all facility, it is evident they understand every child has specific needs that need to be addressed and they see to it they are. We could not be happier with Childtime and the staff at this location. I trust this center with my most cherished and know they are a solid resource not just for my son but my whole family."

"Initially we had no issues with this school. My son was adjusting well and due to Covid this was important because we could not walk him to his class. Unfortunately that ended quickly because my son was constantly sick! I think we got him COVID tested four times and he was out every other week for about a week. On average he was in school two weeks out of the month and we still had to pay partial payment when he was out. We were not getting our moneys worth at all. We still had to pay registration fees and summer fees but he was at home with us. I work from home and it became harder to work while nursing my son back to good health each week. The last straw was when he got hand, foot, and mouth and they didn’t notify the other parents. That was my first clue that they could have been aware of the illnesses going around and not telling parents. It’s a pandemic and nothing is more terrifying than your one year old screaming from pain and having fevers every week. Keep on mind this was in a six month period. I called to tell them what he had and she said sorry your son can’t handle the germs as if they couldn’t clean the facility better and he was the problem. I also found out other kids were sick as well and no signs posted no nothing! This to me was a screaming red flag. They also sent him home with other kids pacifiers and a few times tried to send him home without a jacket. Apparently they didn’t know he came in with one and it would be freezing outside. Also a sign that he was going outside to play in the cold without a jacket. Professional and friendly staff and affordable but not clean enough in my opinion because he has not been sick, not once since we pulled him out. Kids will get sick in daycare but this is my FOURTH child in daycare and we have never experienced that before. Very stressful."

"Having been a preschool teacher for many years I know the ins and outs of preschool centers and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this center. I have had one issue after another, the first being that I had to have a parent teacher conference in regards to them using a timeout corner in their pre-k classroom disguising it as a “quiet corner” my daughter would come home and tell me that anytime she was sad they would send her to quiet corner to get a handle on her emotions even though the school promotes redirection and social emotional development instead of their advertised curriculum they were sending my daughter to cry in a corner by herself. Another issue we had was that we caught a teacher yelling at my daughter on the playground from the Starbucks drive through. Management did nothing in regards to mediating the problem aside from giving me a district managers phone number. After this conversation they brought my daughter up and to my surprise she had a bruise and a bump on her eye and none of the teachers or management had any idea of what happened. I do not trust this school with my daughter and as soon as I found out they were screaming at her I picked her up and do not plan for her to return. If management is not willing to acknowledge teachers yelling at the children, what else are they ignoring?"

"My son has been at Childtime for a month now and it's amazing to see the advancements in his development since day 1. He is in the Infant 2 room with Karima - who is amazing- and he's happier and healthier than I thought he could be. He's exploring eating different foods and is an excellent eater as well as nearly walking. My son was a 26 week preemie and you'd never know it thanks to the attention his development gets in this school. We are sooo happy we found Childtime. I absolutely recommend it!"
