"Reyna was our server. She was friendly and I initially got a good vibe from her, but after she brought our drinks and took our order, she didn’t bother to come back to our table. When we ordered, she assured us she’d bring us silverware, but the man who brought our food had to go back and get it. He asked if we needed anything, so we asked him for the next round of bottomless sides; my husband’s sweet potato fries were barely warm. We tried with no luck to get Reyna’s attention for drink refills. By the time she decided to grace us with her presence again, we had finished our meal without anything left to drink. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time."
"The Royal burger with the egg on it is so good! Perfect runny yolk. My mom and I went around 11 when they were opening so it was nice and chill in there, not crazy busy. The waitress was friendly and checked on us a few times. My mom got the Banzai burger and really liked it."
"Decent place to go. It's Red Robin so you should know what to expect - decent food, loud music, family friendly, good service. I had the fish and chips. Fish was good, tartar sauce was mid. My sister got a bacon cheeseburger and when it came out, it looked like something from the kids meal. Nephew got a meat pizza and he was very happy with it. Bottomless fries is always a 10/10 and probably why you decided to go here. Our server was very friendly and courteous, although he got very busy. The manager also came by to provide service when we needed it. Come here if you have kids who are picky eaters."
"After getting haircuts my husband and I decided to go to Red Robin for the first time in about a decade. We had a wonderful time. It was busy because of the holiday weekend but we decided to sit at the bar because the receipts there and we didn't want to wait; and we wanted to have some drinks. It was a terrific experience. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was perfect and I can't remember why it took me so long to go back to a red robin. We went back 3/22/23 and got to meet Corey (sp?) the best waiter/bartender we have had the good luck to meet. He gave us great suggestions for our lunches and didn't mind when we talked to him. The food was amazing as always."
