"I would never order from this company again. Do not get your items delivered if you live in a building with an elevator. Before measuring they told me the small couch wouldn’t not fit and only way they will take it up the stairs to the 3rd floor was if I paid $20 dollars for every 7 steps . It ended up fitting but when you pay $150 for delivery they should have the tools to take it up the stairs. They also delivered but that is it. They just bring it in. You’re responsible for assembly and removal of cardboard yourself . I ordered a black couch . When I opened the box it was gray. Worst experience of my life . Never again"

"Nicest people you will meet that do nothing for you. Ordered a washing machine. Said it would be available in 15 mins. Because they were so nice we went and ate because they were busy. Came back to say washer wasn’t available. Said there was one in Butler. Asked if they would match price. No managers available until Tuesday. This was Sunday. Return system was down. Called Tuesday. Said they would check. No return call. Called Wednesday. Said they would call back in an hour. No call. Went to the store. They asked another employee if they had called yet. He said no and sat down on the furniture. Decided to just do the return. Washer is still on the site for purchase."

"Applied for financing with American Freight after driving all the way there picking out my furniture, the guy is ready to load it up , and then after all that , oh by the way the interest rate is 170% , I’m not exaggerating! I plan on calling the department of banking and better business bureau! Beware predatory lending and shady business practices……So I end up with a hit in my credit and they still took $50 bucks from my account that I had to call and jump through hoops to close and wait 5 days to hopefully get my money back!"

He talked me through the entire process very thoroughly, and got me set up for delivery for sooner than I expected, definitely and expert at this role! The guys that delivered the furniture were Aaron and Ron and they were so polite and careful with everything! Really handy guys and again made my experience that much better.
