"The cashier was very polite and patient with me. I don’t like coffee but I like the Frappuccino Caramel Crunch that I can get without caffeine. He recommended I try the chocolate cookie crumble and it was delicious!"
"Absolutely appalling I am never bying coffee again me and my to grandkids were using the restroom. Staff and customers were looking through the window and pounding on the door honestly it was scary for me and my grandchildren I will call their manager this is unacceptable I can never imagine going to buy coffee again! And I was going to buy coffee but it was to upsetting to support them now I will be making sure this never happens again and if so I will talk to manager! And yelling 1 person in the bathroom but it litterally said family restroom I hope nobody has this experience."
"Horrendous! Wanted to use the bathroom before ordering drinks. I went into the bathroom with my 2 young children (who need help in public restrooms). We were in there for probably 5 or 6 minutes when people started knocking. The knocking soon turned to pounding! And people shouting, “you need to get out! Only one person is allowed at a time!” We responded with words like, “almost done,” “one second,” whatever. But there was a crowd of people pounding on the door and some had their faces pressed up against that frosted glass trying to look in at us. It was extremely upsetting and honestly kind of scary for me and my young daughters. I don’t know why ANYONE would think that behavior is ok. But for the staff to treat a patron that way, it’s absolutely appalling. Will never in 1000 years set foot or spend a dime in the location ever again."
"The interior is an older, but restored. It looks nice. And the staff seem good. The music wasn't too loud either. Good drinks."
"This like most Starbucks was pretty efficient. It was very busy looked they they were in full swing of the morning rush. All hands were working and everyone looked to be working together. I would say they worked very well as a team. My Caramel Macchiato was made to perfection. Great store!!"
