"Had a bad experience with a disgruntled team member and the Manager Bryan reached out to me to apologize and offered my group complimentary passes to retry the experience. Our second experience was incredible. The worker James was super nice and very helpful. We played the Haunted Mansion and had a great time. I really appreciate the management and staff. They really went out there way to make it an incredible experience for my family. 5 stars all day."
