Buffalo Wild Wings

"Second time my online order was completely wrong and missing items. There is no dedicated front end to greet or help customers with to go orders instead just annoyed servers. Was completely ignored for 10 minutes before someone came up to me and ask why I was just standing there. Took them 40 minutes to get my to go online order I'm assuming they just didn't make it otherwise why would it be 40 minutes late from my pick up time. When I got home it was completely wrong. I ordered 10 bone in honey BBQ wings with fries and queso. Instead I received 10 boneless breaded wing of some flavor I was not familiar with and my fries had no cheese on them. Do not go to this place, it's poorly run, the staff don't want to be there and management is non-existent."

"Order was missing items, had wrong items, and wings were TINY. The quality of the food is always poor and it always takes a very long time for the order to be ready even if the restaurant is slow. Consistently waiting past the pickup time. Also, the restaurant and bathroom always feels sticky and dirty."

"Much to loud an atmosphere to talk with people. Fries were like cardboard. Burger was good. It was so loud it was hard to communicate with the wait staff. First order was not edible. They did not off to remake it so I got a burger. Others also could not eat their food as it was too spicy. So choose wisely. The mixed drink was weak."

"I give a 1 star cause that's as low as I can go. It's a snowy day so I orderonline. So when I get there they give me my order. Go out to my car and of course my order is miss items. So I go back in and he ask what's wrong. I didn't receive all my wings or my fries. So they give me a order of wings from hot box and he goes and gets fries. I get home only to see order is wrong. I did not order breaded wings. I was suppose to have a 20/20 w fries. 20 mild boneless and 20 mild boned. 30 honey barbecue boneless. Half of mild boned wings had so sauce on them. 70 wins and 2 tiny container of dip. I called and asked to speak to manager. Manager was rude. I will be calling corporate.The manager was very unprofessional. I have worked in customer service. I want a refund. I should of went to McDonald's it would of been better. Order placed on 1/18/24 picked up at 4:50 $70 dome dollars wasted."

"Don' t go. This place has become a complete disaster. The food is fine but between the staffs vacant expressions and their clear disdain for working their, this place is horrible. And, the boneless wings were the smallest I have ever seen at a restaurant."
