"Cannot tell what mood Lou is in. Yelled at my family when we just asked about the price change for spark plugs before and after it was installed. Please be aware, that we did not once yell at him. He might be nice in person with customers, but he makes fun of them when they leave. I’ve witnessed that first hand. Later we found out that he overcharged us for our repairs. Should not do that when running a business, especially when there’s more experienced mechanics out there. I’m not looking for an apology, just want to make people aware of the situation."
