"Worst childcare experience. I’ve been an employee for almost a year but I recently put in my 2 weeks. The new director have a clue of wats goin on and it’s stressful on staff. I don’t recommend bringing ur kids here for daycare. No structure and the director doesn’t care bout the kids"

"If you care about your children and their development I would not suggest this place . The amount of hate and lack of knowledge within the workers themselves is unbelievable. There is no way for kids to thrive . If you already have children there , make sure you are talking to them about their experience and what their days look like . The staff do not care about bullying, harassment, inappropriate behavior coming from staff and children. It is extremely dirty and there is a lack of activities and supervision. Regardless the overall review is don’t take your children here if you care about them ."

"It's not perfect, but it's a good place to work out. It is a bit ghetto, there's no denying it, but the staff do a good job of keeping the place from falling apart and maintaining peace when things occasionally get rowdy. If your looking for a good place to work out and don't mind the few flaws this location has, come here and get a good workout. It's worth visiting at least once if you go to any of the other Y locations in Erie."

"I want to give this place a lower rating and trash it online so I can keep it to myself, because I honestly love this place. Unless you're going in at peak times, it's rarely so busy you have to wait for a machine. The building and layout are quite impressive. I love how the equipment is set up around the mezzanine in a logical order. Everything is very compartmentalized so you're not spending your entire workout avoiding awkward eye contact with someone 5 feet away. I'm not a big fan of cardio but between the TV's, big windows and architecture, I stay distracted and before I know it my warm up is done. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The weight room is awesome. However, I hear a lot of people call this the "ghetto" Y. Yes, it's frequented by working class folks and as the organization always has, helps people in trouble get back on their feet. If that makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the place for you. It certainly isn't "ghetto," though. I realize they are constantly updating the facilities, but there is some small things I feel the maintenance personnel could handle. Coming from the military, the lack of stalls in the men's shower doesn't bother me but the lack of a towel rack in the shower seems silly. You can see where the lags are in the wall, but it looks like no one ever bothered to replace them, so you have to leave your towel in a different room or hang it on the turn of the century clothes wringer on the wall that doesn't really work. Little things like that could certainly be corrected, but they seem to be ignored. If you want to enjoy the steam room, you have to pay an additional monthly fee for use of the "Men's Wellness Center" which seems to be nothing more than a more secure locker room with convenient access to the mezzanine. Beyond those little annoyances, I think it's an overall great place to work out."
