"Waited over an hr for delivery when i live 3 mins away, they only had 1 driver running every other delivery across town before mine. Did not follow delivery instructions to call me when they arrive so they were still at the wrong building trying to find mine. Forgot all dipping sauces. Would not even refund me a delivery charge for poor delivery. Hire drivers and pay them fair and you will have no issue keeping workers. Update -1/18/24 another delivery forgot the all dipping sauces driver said he would bring them back and never did over an hr later still no sauce."

"Save the stress! I would suggest to use the other dominos on carpenter ave. I had food delivered from here today ended up forgetting 4 different sauces which had to be paid for individually. They also sent cinnamon sticks so over cooked that my son could not eat them. I did reach out to dominos in which I was told the driver would return. - that never happened if you didn’t plan on coming back please do not lie to your customers. Just be upfront if you aren’t coming back, so we waited for the sauces while waiting even longer caused the food to be cold. Never showed up."
