"Horrible communication, do not recommend. Takes advantage of customers and charge different amounts each time even if it’s the same trip. They forgot to charge MY card, then they charged my card weeks later. I was a very loyal customer and now have gone to give my business and money to another company. Horrible experiences, would recommend to not even call for a quote. Not reliable, definitely not worth your time and money."
"I reserved a car to take me from monticello bus terminal to my destination ten minutes away. I also reserved one on my way home But I didn't wait because I had to catch my bus. They don't care. 37 min late for puck up 15 minutes late for the return trip. I wish I could post the text. I quote "It doesn't matter you wait for us we don't wait for you. you need a taxi we dont.""

"Rude. Do not use these people: literally bottom of the barrel company. From the dispatcher to the cab drivers to the cars either being filthy or reeking of cigarette smoke. Useless company taking advantage because they know people need cabs."
"I highly don't recommend working for We Care Transportation Services company. They refuse to give me my final check. I'm owed over $400. Owner told me she's not paying me and hung up on me. Which is illegal!!!! I know my rights. I worked over 30 hours and I am owed. I have a child and bills."
