"I brought my car in for 1 problem to be fixed (key fobs not locking doors) that worked prior to service center programed my new key fob bought there. Then, service manager & mechanics continued to find 3 other problems my car needed to have fixed that cost me over $4000. However, none of these fixes resulted in fixing my car doors not locking that was not a problem prior to my getting my new key fob programmed. Also, those problems fixed that resulted in my paying over several $1000s were not a problem with my car prior taking my car into this service shop to have my new key fob programmed."

"I made a reservation online and when I arrived it could not be found. I received numerous confirmations (text and emails). The service guy Tom, took me anyway despite being short staffed. The car was ready by the time I got off work. They told me they’d do a multi inspection check, and I would receive a text with the results. I never got the results—text, email or paperwork, so I am assuming no other service was needed (i.e., tires, front brakes, etc). The service guy, Tom’s, customer service and professionalism was exceptional. I gave 3 stars because 1) the shuttle runs too late for those that have to get to work and 2) I never get offered a loaner. I am very disappointed because several coworkers get their Jags and Ranges serviced here, and when I ask if they get loaners they say “always.” Ironically, they are all white (all 5 of them) and I’m a black male. We work down the street from service center. I hoping that I am reading into this, but out of all the times that I have taken my Jag here, I’ve never been offered a loaner. With Jag/Landrover being a luxury brand it is inexcusable to not have loaners. I get this service when I got my car serviced in VA without a question. When I share this with others, because I have to ask for a ride or take a Lyft or Uber, they tell me that they get loaners with their Nissans and Toyotas."
