But don't take my word for it. Go in see their office. If they can't take care of that, what makes you think they will care about you? "If I could give negative stars I would. Christopher Zuzulo did a lease to purchase on my condo in Youngstown and completely destroyed the place after he stopped paying. He never paid any of the agreed HOA fees for about 2 years nor any assessments and stopped payment all together. He ripped out the kitchen cabinets and even stole the toilets. Shows you the moral character of this individual. I would NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER hire them. He still owes me thousands. Should be disbarred for this behavior."
