The Farm at Glenwood Mountain

"The farm was the first venue we visited, and it was also the last. We fell in love that day and never looked back. Food is really important to us, and the farm was perfect. It was as close at it gets to a true "farm to table" experience, right on the property. All of their ingredients are either sourced from the farm itself, or other local ingredients. Steve, the chef, works with you directly to figure out the menu, and that process was really fun! The barn itself is the perfect setting for the "rustic chic" vibe that we were going for. It's gorgeous on its own and didn't require much for decoration, although working with Candice on the decor was easy and fun. We also stayed on the property that weekend (with our wedding party) and the accommodations were both luxurious and cozy/intimate. Working with Steve & Candice was a true pleasure, and we can't wait to go back for a farm dinner (they do those too!) soon. They also have an open farm market on weekends from 11-4 --- we highly recommend stopping by for farm raised meats, eggs, vegetables, honey, and so much more. "

"My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding day at the farm in mid-October. Despite a very rainy day, the day was absolutely flawless from beginning to end. Our experience from the moment we booked with the farm until the moment our day was over, was absolutely top notch. Steve and Candice are true professionals and are so passionate about what they do and their passion is what made our experience with them so great. They were so helpful during the planning process and helped us shape our day to be exactly what we wanted it to be. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and made for a beautiful backdrop. Candice did my flowers for the day and they were so stunning and exactly what I wanted - simple and elegant. The Farm is an amazing place to have your big day and to share with your friends and family!"

It was so helpful to have so few vendors because The Farm took care of the food, flowers, ceremony and reception set up and breakdown and coordinated for cake and alcohol for us. We chose the farm initially because we could see how much attention was paid to detail, including the farm to table dinner experience and the beautifully restored barn. Even knowing this, The Farm and their team really blew us away! So many of our guests have continued to rave about the food and the beauty of the place. "I had my wedding at the farm at the end of July and grateful to say it was the best day of my life. The wedding was the first time we were able to gather with many of our friends and family, who we hadn’t seen since before the pandemic, and so the event did double duty as a reunion. We chose the farm among a group of venues in rural settings because we wanted a spectacular atmosphere and a retreat like vibe. One thing that distinguishes the farm is that there is nowhere else that brings such sophistication to their product. Now a few weeks removed, I still get texts on a daily basis from attendees who say this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended because of the guest experience. You will not find better food at any venue and that’s due to the culinary craft of chef Steve, as well as the sourcing of ingredients that are infinitely better than what you can buy in a grocery store. We also experienced a degree of care that you only get when the owners are running the day-to-day operation and everything from flower arrangements to day of coordination is done in-house. We had our ceremony scheduled onsite and moved the location because of the rain forecast just a few hours before it took place. The result was a beautiful cocktail hour under a sunny sky in the herb garden, followed by a cooled off ceremony on the great lawn, and everyone was in the barn just a few minutes before the heavens opened up. Rain or shine, heat wave or not, the farm is an incredible venue and we are indelibly grateful to them for making our special day special beyond our loftiest expectations. If someone asks me for suggestions in planning their wedding, I’ll recommend the farm… looking for an excuse to come back soon!"
