"My 2014 Subaru Forrester overheated in Walton, NY and I was directed to West Branch as a Subaru specialist. Walton is over 100 miles from my home, so I opted to have AAA tow the car to a local mechanic that I use. Ben, the owner of the shop was pleasant and kind throughout the process and that did not change after I advised him of my decision to have the car towed close to home to do the required repair. In fact, he invited my wife and I to sit in the air-conditioned showroom while we waited, gave us a tour of his immaculate facility, and when AAA advised that they could not tow the car that day offered to keep it at his facility overnight and give the AAA driver the key when he showed up the next morning, which he did. If I am ever in the market for a used Subaru or need a major repair, I would use Ben at West Branch."
