"After having repeated bad experiences at a local (Walpole locatin in Stafford) Pizza Hut I had not been in several years, but seeing all the recent commercials for the Melt made me want to give this location a try. I used their online system to place my order and drive a few mins to pick it up. The guy working the counter when I went in was very prompt, very friendly, and very helpful! He even asked if I needed sauce for my wings. He thanked me for being a customer – spot on, perfect service! Upon getting home to eat, the wings were piping hot! The hot Buffalo sauce was actually rather spicy and flavorful too! The melt was decent, but wasn’t very hot and the shell was a little too crisp/hard, but the flavors were really good. It came with marinara for dipping and that tasted great too. Overall, I was VERY IMPRESSED with this visit and I’ll definitely return!"

"My first two visits were mid day around noon and the person there went above and beyond. Only two staff members were there. My last visit was in the evening, there were more staff there. I was not treated as special and valued as in the mid day. I will try to go around mid day from now on. With that other than the above and beyond the order in which they use is outstanding. Their communication during the process is also outstanding. This restaurant has outstanding service and I would continue to visit this location (Fredericksburg, Warrenton road) and refer to friends and family."

"When I ordered our Pizza online it initially said "carryout in 10 minutes" however when I chose our local Pizza Hut location that changed to 19 minutes! I thought maybe they were just busy. I waited 10 minutes then left to pick up the pizza and we are approximately 10-15 minutes away. I remember when they handed me the pizza the box was "EXCEPTIONALLY" hot on the bottom and I made mention of this and the young lady said "oh yeah be careful". We have never eaten at this location before and I saw no reason to have to open the box and inspect the food before I left the store. I got home and when we opened the box the pizza was dry, extremely overcooked to the point that the pizza was dark/burnt looking. Worst pizza we've ever had....especially from a Pizza Hut. We will NEVER go back to this location. Yes I contacted Pizza Hut with this complaint via email and as yet have not had a response."

"This little place packs a big punch, especially where customer service is concerned. Today is my second visit & each time I've received impeccable service. Randall assisted me today with friendly, courteous service & a smile! Super sweet & professional guy. This is what brings customers back! Great job!"
