"Went in to get a oil change. Guy told me it would be a little wait. It's quarter after three. I'm sitting around waiting and time went by. I go to check on my truck and it's 5:20 and it's only one guy in there and everyone is gone home. Even the cashier. He goes and gets my paperwork and tells me my truck was done at 10 minutes too 4. No one came and got me to tell me my truck was done. Someone drop the ball on this one!!! He did apologize but that was the end of it. Didn't get a text or nothing from them. They always send me a text for a survey but not this time. Still will go back to them just have to check in on them while vehicle is being serviced."

"I had my thermostat and another repair done at this dealership. When I picked up my vehicle the heat was not working and it ran hot. I took it back to them days later because I have kids in school and am only available on Wednesday’s. When I dropped my car back off it took hours for them to call and tell me my radiator was cracked. It was not cracked when I dropped the car off for the service. Installing a thermostat I would think that someone would notice a radiator that was cracked being as though those run hand in hand. While my car was there it took almost a entire day for them get back with me. They told me due to the mileage they could do nothing about my radiator being cracked upon being returned to me. I asked how am I responsible for paying to repair a radiator when I didn’t give it to them that way. I waited the other part of the day waiting to see if the service manager would repair or come up with something fair to repair what was not broken when given to them. I was told they would do nothing to help. I asked for a manager to call me. I never received a call that evening nor the next morning. My car sat there another night. The next morning I went back with a friend to pick up my car who spoke with the service manager they said they would get back with me to work numbers. I’m still at disbelief that after paying 1400.00 for the first repairs and getting my car back broken that I was responsible to pay to be fixed for a problem that happed when being serviced. They offered a discount. The radiator replacement was originally 1100.00 I was told and marked it down to 776.00 or so. I am so upset with the outcome of this. I took my car stilll having to pay to have it repaired elsewhere for something that was done under the care of your dealership. I am writing a review and the BBB about this."
