"I just purchased a Honda Accord Sport, July 6th and it is a GREAT car, I notice it had a sound when I go over mild bumps, I took it back to Honda service center where I was Helped by Justin he was very professional and made sure my vehicle was looked at and taken care of. He told me just my shafts needed to be lubed and everything was great since."

"After four months, 3 separate trips (one of which, my vehicle did not even make it off the lot before all of the issues kicked back in) and no updates unless I inquired, my car was finally found by my insurance company to be a total loss. This was a 2020 civic with 55k and was in there after a collision with a deer. The reason for the total loss was poor diagnosis of issues with the engine. Cannot recommend this place if you have other options."

"I have been turned off as a whole based off of my last interaction with sales at this dealership. With that being said, Robyn was very helpful with the diagnostics on my vehicle and kept in touch the entire time. The only thing I would say is that when I dropped my car off, the guys in the service lane seemed to be standing around while Robyn was working with multiple customers at a time. I will only request her moving forward."

"I was disappointed in service that I received the last two times I took my car in. I went in today to get my car service. I told my technician that I schedule with all of the issues I was having. I was told that I had to pay for the diagnostic to be ran on my car to see why my migration system was not working but mostly likely it was going to come back that I would have to pay for the malfunction even though I have extended warranty. I also informed them that my radio was not working properly and was told that I would need to leave my car for a couple days to see if they could find the problem. I paid for the diagnostic to be ran and I waited close to 2 hours for the results. A technician came out that was not the person I scheduled and gave me a long list of things that I needed to get done on a car that has less than 50,000 miles on. Once I said I couldn’t get all that done he got up and left and didn’t say another word to me. I brought my car from there and I had a wonderful buying experience and I thought the maintenance team would be the same but all they see is dollar signs. The extended warranty did not cover one single item that needed to be repair. ."
