Then he asked about the horrible squeak on my tire. Travis, the manager immediately showed concern and offered to take the tire off to inspect free of charge. They immediately found a rock lodged in the brakes. It was a simple gesture but because of the day I had just had, their kindness had me in tears. I’m homeless and any issue with my car would be catastrophic. I had also just admitted my college age son to hospital an hour earlier and was overwhelmed with life. These two wonderful men made sure I was taken care of and their assistance will be appreciated forever. Thank you."
