"When I began our purchasing experience, Philip was the sales associate I first interacted with. We didn't have an appointment but he still greeted us at the door - something not everyone does anymore. He was knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot we were interested in and helped us through the initial test drive. I let him know I was considering other vehicles - he never pushed for a sale, but asked me to stay in touch in case I had questions. As I narrowed my choices down over the next week or so, he reached out to see if I was still interested. After letting him know I wasn't a fan of the color combo on the one we drove, he started working in the background to find alternatives. Once I decided I wanted a Pilot, I reached out to several dealers/sales reps in an attempt to get a solid offer that fit our budget. Philip and Alex (sales manager) quickly responded with a written quote for a vehicle I would be happy with at a price that was perfect for our budget. Within a few hours, I was working with Farid on the details of the purchase as the vehicle was being prepared. Throughout the entire process, everyone involved answered questions we had without smoke and mirrors, explained everything about the vehicle, purchase contract, financing, service plan and warranty in a way that was easy to understand.
