"Jim was very helpful and pleasant when checking in and going over the details of the work at the end. The problem I had was that I had a scheduled 10:00am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and ended up sitting there for 1½ hours. Would've gotten more stars had I not had to wait so long for basic service."
