"I am absolutely livid and disappointed with this dealership. I dropped my Chevy suburban off on Friday morning at 8 AM. First issue, I specifically gave them my cell phone number as my husband was working that day. Did I ever receive a phone call on the status of my vehicle? No. They called and left messages with my husband who was unable to answer the phone. Number two when I finally got a hold of Rachel at 3 PM, I was told the reason my vehicle was making a clicking sound, when turning was due to a Chevy bulletin, and that it needed some lubrication. I picked up my vehicle the next day on a Saturday and the service department is closed. I went into the new car showroom to pick up my car, and they told me me that I had a balance due of $170. I asked, why would I pay $170 for a Chevy bulletin issue? I also found out they resurfaced my left front rotor! I never authorized this to be done. And why would you resurface a rotor if all you said it needed was lubrication? Of course the new car sales person cannot help me and I have to wait until Monday to get this sorted. So, I paid the $170, and now I have one front left rotor that’s been resurfaced."

"This time we dealt with somebody completely different and the experience was completely different. Thankfully this was only a tire, still having check engine light issues on a brand new vehicle. Still having issues with extra warranties that was paid for that they do not want to honor, serviced manager says his guys need to get paid too lol smh forget the tens of thousands.
