"Horrible experience!! Purchased a vehicle and it’s been giving me issues since Day 1. I got the car 11/25/23. 11/27/23 I was calling Pars back about smoke and lights in the dashboard. They swore it was “just” the battery. I got it back that Wednesday ONLY for it to start smoking AGAIN that Saturday. I brought it back, they gave me a loaner without a passenger side door handle. (But that’s another story and the loaner was so funky) I finally get the car back, they claimed they replaced the alternator. And as fate would have it I called a week or so before Xmas when I started noticing a leak from the vehicle. When I called, they were supposed to “get back with me” but NEVER did. So of course on my way to work New Years Eve, my vehicle started smoking again and ALL the lights in the dashboard again. Once I took the car to a mechanic they diagnosed it as a faulty head gasket. Or in other words, I needed a new engine. Once I relayed this info to Pars, they just was like oh it’s over 30 days you bought it as is. When they’ve had the car about as much as I’ve had it since I bought it. They told me Maryland does NOT have a Lemon law nor does Maryland have a used car warranty . I never felt more scammed in my whole life. I put down a deposit and I not to mention the interest rate for financing the vehicle. They totally took advantage of my Need To purchase a vehicle at a decent price. Only to shaft me in the end. While I understand the concept of AS IS, it certainly was not advertised as the piece of junk it is. Who would ever expect to buy a truly piece of junk from a dealer who has their own inspection and collision shop? Maybe that’s how they’re able to sell you anything. There is NO WAY this car passed that inspection. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!"

"Was recommended PARS for my motorcycle inspection and had a great experience! They took me in and got me squared away fast. They weren’t doing repairs so they didn’t try finding something they could charge for. They walked me through everything and even showed me exactly what the issue was on my motorcycle so I could do the repair myself. Very friendly staff, I will be going back."

"I took my daughters car for an inspection and they “found” a exhaust and fuel line leak near the fuel tank, foggy headlamps, a brake light bulb out, and rust on rocker panels (paint was bubbled but no visual breakage or crumbling). Quoted me $150 for exhaust and $150 for fuel line repair. We said we would fix the bulb and headlamps. Then quoted $350 per side for rocker panels if we supplied the rocker panels. After leaving it for the exhaust and fuel repairs for two days I called to check on status bc I had heard nothing. I was then informed that just the original $300 in repairs were now over $1000 and they hadn’t even started. They had to order parts and they wouldn’t be in until Monday. The parts alone cost more than my quote! No phone call, email or text informing me of any of this!!!!! Triple the price and not even a courtesy call! Did they expect to just hold my vehicle hostage until we could afford to pay?!?! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!"
