Young boy did not know what to do and the quite elderly man was rude and also of no help. UPS needs better representation. I realize service is not what it used to be, but who would believe it could be this bad!"
"I've only used this store to return amazon items. it seems its a huge part of their business, and it must be really difficult. the few times I've been there they have been quick and courteous. I feel so bad for them, the store is stacked with returns and outgoing all over, even outside! but they seem to handle it. there's no need to be impatient or irritated with those in the service industry. some of these reviews are ridiculous. I'll continue to use this location, I've had no issues."
