"Went to a Birthday party there yesterday, Everything was like a 50/50 good/bad experience . They had him in a little corner behind the trampoline with little to no light. The setup was adorable with the little cute chairs they had. The pizza was delicious but the environment could use better sanitation they could improve this by just having ppl purchase their socks instead. They should also start looking at replacing some of their stuff in there as they are getting worn out. Despite the mess I've seen my kids enjoyed themselves and I had to drag my youngest out lol It's limited space so mentally prepare yourself parents cause at some point it will annoy you. I can see in better weather I would just leave my stuff in the car. There are seats for adults nearby to watch your kids as you should."
"I attended a party for my niece today and I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Not only was the party booked and paid for from 2-4 , we could not access the party room until 3. We had to quickly set up and around 3:30 the workers started taking the table cloths, and backdrop while we were still celebrating. This day was supposed to be about celebrating my niece but we were quickly rushed out. The workers were rude, and unorganized and I truly didn’t appreciate them cutting the party short. I will no longer attend here, and it’s disheartening to see a business run like this."
"I had my 1 year old party here !! Yesterday and the staff was amazing !! A great place for the toddlers to enjoy and have some fun the set up for the party was soooo amazing thank you guys and Celia !! The kids had a blast"
"Do not believe the hype of these reviews… I had my son’s first birthday here and it was so unsatisfying and unsanitary. Bathrooms were nasty nobody could use them, there was food and trash in the ball pin with ants, most of the rides were not up and running, no A/C it was so hot in the facility. There was only 1 member in the facility for everything which was the “manager”. The owner is very unprofessional."
