If you don't need something done on your car, Chau isn't going to bs you and tell you you need x,y, or z done unless it's absolutely necessary. His prices are very reasonable for the quality and honesty of his work. My dad owns a business located nearby Chau's garage and even gets his company owned vehicles serviced there. Chau is a very personable and friendly guy, so you can also have a nice chat with him and get to know him a little better. "I would like to say the Mr. Chau Nguyen has been a family mechanic for over 10 years. Most of my family has moved across the board in the past year, and finding a new mechanic you can trust is more scrupable than locating a family Doctor for your family. Yes! Sure, he charges an extra 50$ or 100$...but compared to others, Chau takes PRIDE and PASSION for his job. He doesn't and WILL NOT give you your vehicle back if it's not in A+ shape...NOT B, or A...but A+ shape. He runs a family business; nonetheless, he works mainly by himself because he wants to make sure that his clients and friends are given a vehicle that HE WOULD DRIVE. In addition, Chau is always on the level with you in respect with your car....he will tell you exactly what's wrong, he also allows his customers to check out his garage to see for yourself the diagnosis issue(s) with your car. Mr. Ngyuen came to this country and worked in big dealerships prior to opening his shop...this is his American Dream, and his heart is big enough to share that with you. Sincerely"
