"We booked some inflatables and games for our charity outdoor event that had to be postponed until the following week due to inclement weather. The rest of our rental companies had amazing customer service and worked with us for the rain date. I called a couple days before we postponed the event to see if Mr. Moonbounce still had our inflatables available. They said they had all but one, which was great. The week of the event as we're discussing inflatables over the phone, they say they actually won't have 2 now. Not only that, they charged us for both rentals even though they weren't available and we didn't have them at the event. That wasn't a term in the contract. They tried to remedy by giving a store credit, and when I said no, they changed it to a gift card. None are acceptable since we won't be using this company again. Really disappointed, and the event was for charity, so that came out of our budget that would've been donated to our nonprofit. Very sad. I also ordered regular tables, and for whatever reason they brought some regular tables and 3 picnic tables. It was so weird. I was so busy at the event, I didn't question it, but they weren't on our order. They were all supposed to be regular tables. I will say the guys that came to unload were very nice and helpful. The office is just very unorganized and unprofessional it seems. Many other great inflatable companies in the area that have much better communication and customer service!"

"2022: Rented a moon bounce for a company park day. The staff is very responsive to calls & was helpful with all our needs. The guys were on time and did such a great job. Would recommend & use again :) 2023: We rented a moon bounce for a company event for the second time. We hold our event at a park, so it's wonderful that they offer insurance, as the park requires it. There was an issue when it came to getting this liability certificate in a timely manner, and near to the event I had a little trouble getting a hold of someone to help with the issue, but we eventually got the certificate and were able to submit it to the park before the event. The delivery guys are great - they take care of finding a good spot & setting up, allowing us to run around setting everything else up without having to worry about it at all. Even with the momentary insurance certificate panic, they resolved the issue and everything worked out."

"We had a great experience! We had to reschedule our original date due to rain so we got a rain check for the full amount. When it came time to rescheduling it was totally hassle free. Everyone we dealt with was great to work with, the bounce house was amazing, and they were not only on schedule but early for drop off and right on time for pick up. We would definitely use them again!"

"Last minute 3yr old party planning was a success. Placing my order was quick and easy. The drivers came out the day before the party, set up everything and left me with the simple instruction to plug it up when I’m ready. My daughter stopped jumping long enough to say “mommy, thank you”. Mr. Moonbounce helped give this mama huge smile and pat on the back!!!!!! I can’t wait to try some of the summer slides!"
