"The corporate owner of 1000 Degrees is, Mr Amandeep Judge. He is a terrible boss who fails to supply his stores properly, doesn't pay his bills and stiffs his employees of their final salaries when he closes his locations. He treats his employees like peasants. Steer clear. Amandeep and Judge Enterprises owe monies to many suppliers hes used in Delaware alone. As General Manager, I was literally disallowed from paying the stores bills!….He has alot of unpaid debt with various suppliers. It seems like he enjoys getting service from companies so he can run up a bill with them that he has no intention of paying. Once they realize he isnt going to pay them, they cancel service and he simply starts fresh with new companies he plans to do this too. This results in huge supply and service issues. During my tenure there, employees experienced a number of occasions where their paychecks simply didn't arrive because Mr. Judge had not done payroll. There were other times where my paycheck was received but it bounced. Employees at times received their paychecks a week or more late as well. It all adds up to a terribly ineffective way for Judge Enterprises to do business. This business had 80 locations a year or so ago and now has about 10. This is due to poor leadership at the top. Mr Judge and his assistant, Chef Glenn Cybulski have demonstrated a lack of knowledge on restaurant management.. Glen is a verbally abusive ‘boiler room’ type of boss as it relates to how he deals with his employees…Think ‘ Chef Gordon Ramsey’ but without any of the proven success or credibility…What a nightmare!! Any employees thinking of applying here should steer clear."

"This Pizza place near Hopkins is my go to place for lunch and dinner. The service and cook time is rapid fast. The brick oven pizza in less than 5 minutes. Loving it."

"2nd time getting a salad here, particularly because I enjoyed the salad and service so much the first time (plus I didn’t want to have to park and go into JHH to get a salad from Balducci’s). Well to make a potentially long story short, I got the exact same order, the Tuscan salad, both times but they were nothing alike. First time was a nice hearty salad, with all the ingredients listed. Well the “Tuscan” salad I just got today could be no more than the size of a side salad, in which few droppings of fresh tomatoes were thrown in instead of the sundried tomatoes the recipe calls for, and “balsamic vinaigrette” looks and tastes more like Italian. Need consistency! Glad I didn’t call up all my coworkers to collect orders! Not cool!"
