"After an issue presented itself with the Sunday crews preformance I brought my vehicle back on Wednesday to the people that usually do the maintenance on my vehicle and everything was done perfectly! They squeezed me in, despite them having a full day of appointments, and got me in and out in no time for the tire rotation. I really appreciate the staff on Wednesdays but will never be coming in for services on Sundays. Thank you so much to Brittney and Marissa for always doing such a great job on my vehicle! The two of you deserve a raise or bonus for taking the initiative to right someone elses wrong in such a professional manner."

"Highly recommend using this Mr Tire location. Blew out a tire late Saturday and everywhere else I called couldn’t see me or help for a few days, and then each place said it would be another week on top of that to order the replacement tire. Call this Mr Tire and Frederic was unbelievably helpful. Not only was he super friendly, but he was able to order new tires and have them replaced within a day. Once at the shop, the whole process took just about an hour as well. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"Do not take your car here! Marissa is unprofessional, rude, and has poor customer service. From the moment you walk in, you will not be acknowledged. She will continue to stare at you until you (the customer) tell her why you're there and that's if she's not on her phone. When my car was ready, I simply asked if she knew the reasoning of my tire leaking air. Her response "I don't know, they didn't tell me." I then proceeded to ask if she can ask the mechanic and this is the best part, she storms out from behind the counter, slams the door and comes back with the response "razor." When it was time to pay for my service, she didn't say anything but slam my car key on the counter as she folded my receipt. I thought maybe she’s having a bad day and gave her the benefit of doubt. The following day, the same tire was leaking air and the air pressure had drastically gone down. I called Mr tire and explained the situation and Marissa’s response was “ok” in a tone where she didn’t want to be bothered. At this moment I knew if I took my car back to this location I would probably end up with no tire and realized Marissa was not having a bad day on our first encounter but she’s just a rude and unpleasant individual. The icing on this whole experience was that the mechanic wasn’t even supposed to patch my tire in the first place because of the location of where the razor was stuck. (I found this out from going to another location noted at the bottom of the review). Do not go to this Mr Tire, you will end up regretting your decision the moment you meet Marissa and from there it’s only downhill. Take your car to the Mr Tire on 9435 Baltimore National Pike."

"I have now been here twice and have had a great experience both times. Today, I came in without an appointment after the Mr. Tire further west on Route 40 wasn't even open at the time of my scheduled appointment. They took me at this location right away and were efficient, thorough and cleaned up my car. This will definitely be my go-to tire place from now on."
