Mamma's Pizza

"We stopped here the other day never having been. We had a slice of pizza just to try and it was delicious. Crust was soft and the slice was cooked perfectly. We decided to come back at a later time to eat dinner having seen some other dishes while we were there. We come back and it was not a good experience. I ordered the calamari and it was very good. My husband ordered a small pizza and the crust was overdone and burnt. The crust was also too thick, much thicker than the slice we had previously. I ordered the lasagna. The pasta was also too thick and there wasn’t enough sauce. The rolls were chewy and we couldn’t really eat them. I have no idea what happened between our first visit with the amazing slice of pizza and our second visit. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. Maybe they had someone different in the kitchen but we thought we had discovered a new place to go but I don’t think we will be going back sadly."

"I have always loved Mamma’s pizza & subs. No complaints. My review is more or less a suggestion for when package to go wings. Please do not wrap the wings in aluminum foil as it makes the wings gummy & not crispy!! They should just be placed in a box with a few vent holes to ensure the crispiness last till eaten. Also please add some more seasoning/sauce! Wings should be messy. Also, please update your google page it shows your Loganville location offers delivery when in fact you do not."

"This place is mediocre af and all around average. However I will continue to eat their food because unfortunately they are the closest restaurant to my house ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've probably ordered food from here 20+ times in the last 5 years, so I've had plenty of experience lol. I don't recommend the pizza - floppy, sloppy, greasy, and very reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Stromboli and sandwiches are decent, but the best food on the menu is probably the pasta - the penne in vodka sauce with pancetta would be my top pick for sure. Also don't bet on a salad from here being your meal because you will be unhappy. I don't recommend dining in here - awkward environment and slow / bad table service - stick to take out."

"Ordered carry out from this restaurant and was absolutely disappointed in the food they gave us. It was my first and last time i will order from them. It wasn't until we got home and opened the containers to see what is supposed to be called hot wings were just naked wings in grease with a few shakes of hot sauce on them that is not how hot wings are supposed to be made. There was literally no sauce on the wings they were dry and over fried. The cheesie garlic bread was soggy and tasted like a ton of salt was dumped on it, the pizza dipping sauce was watered down and runny, the pizza was soaked with so much grease im guessing from cheap cheese and pepperoni products, it was literally orange in color. I spent almost 70$ and drove to pick this up only to have to throw most of it out because we couldn't even doctor it up and honestly if i purchase food especially at these prices it should be edible and you shouldnt have to try to fix the restaurants mistakes. I will never order again. You should take pride in what you serve, I would have been embarrassed to give this to a customer."

"Got 2 orders of wings (hot and mild) and for $30 ($15 per order) I have to admit that not only were they overcooked, but they were dry with barely any sauce. All in all, I paid almost $100 for my order and even though the other food was fine, the wings were for me. So, I spent $100 on dinner and watched everyone else enjoy their food while I was pouring hot sauce over my burnt no sauce having wings and washing them down with water because no amount of saliva was going to make me able to swallow them. Next time, I think I am going to take my $100 somewhere else."
