"Staley's is not the same Staley's body shop anymore unfortunately I have to give this body shop a 1 star rating and this is based on my past experience and my most recent interaction. Ken, the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE and doesn't know how to treat his CUSTOMERS with a pleasant attitude. I liked it when his son Ryan was there and provided much better service. I was there recently for information but NO ONE THERE wants to help customers and with a FRIENDLIER ATTITUDE. I will take my business elsewhere unless KEN can change his SMUG ATTITUDE with customers which I doubt will happen because nothing has changed since the last time I was there compared to my most recent interaction I will never return to this establishment"

"Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Troy and Hillary were great and I appreciated the text updates notifying me of the progress. I was especially surprised and delighted that the car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! My only critique is that I wish both headlight packages would have been replaced, even though only the one was damaged since now they are mismatched. However, I’m very pleased with the work and the vehicle looks amazing!"
