"Our car was overheating so we replaced the thermostat but it continued to overheat. They Had our car for two days before they were able to look at it. They called my husband and when he went to pick it up, they said they drove it around and it did not overheat. My husband didn’t even make it home from the shop without it overheating. Apparently they didn’t even check out under the hood to see what could be wrong. I am extremely disappointed because I had family members driving me to work and picking me up every day and I work in Frederick Maryland not only was this inconvenient it seem like they just didn’t want to bother. I don’t know if it was because it was a Fourth of July holiday weekend coming up, and they didn’t feel like doing it or what but I can say I am very disappointed."

"Unfortunately after the good reviews and trying out Westminster Car Care, they stripped the oil drain on my car and didn’t admit it to me. I had to find out from another auto shop that the oil drain was beyond repair and had to be replaced. They also replaced and tightened the oil filter with an oil wrench which wasn’t necessary."
