"I went into this establishment to return five packages. My hands were full as I waited approximately five to seven minutes as the only cashier assisted the Caucasian man in front of me. As the young lady assisted that man. The owner Kathy was moving boxes. She made contact with me but never spoke. She then yelled out Self Check Out is open in a very nasty tone! Once I proceeded to self check out, she then went to a register and assisted another Caucasian person that was behind me. I can’t help but to feel slighted by her actions! This screams racist! Lady, you literally saw me struggling with everything and refused to assist me. I will be reaching out to corporate as well. This lady attitude is horrible! I will never use this location again!"
"I have been a customer here for many years because I trust UPS with my shipping and other needs. Kathy, the manager, greets me by name and is so knowledgeable on every service and is so efficient. Kathy is super!"
"The Kathy lady needs to be removed ASAP. She is quick to say how something cant be done rather than working with the customer to resolve the problem and the attitude is the worse part. I went there to Attest some documents and she is asking me for power of attorney?? Your job is not to police the process, its simply to verify that the copies are coming from original document....that is it!! I had no issues getting my doc attested at another UPS. You will not see me there again."
