Our main focus is on supporting families to be more socially active both at home and in the community. We organize events in the Butler/North Pittsburgh areas to encourage social interaction and connection.
In addition to our community events, we also offer Free Quality Time Rental Kits at the Butler, Mars, and Saxonburg Libraries. These kits provide easy social activities for families to enjoy together.
Our hybrid/co-op school is now open, with the goal of providing educational and community opportunities for homeschool families. Our next session starts in January, and we will be offering a Christmas school as well.
Social Revolution aims to improve lives by promoting meaningful in-person interactions, both socially and educationally. We are always looking for committed volunteers to help us with various aspects of our organization, from board members to event planning. "What a wonderful program! We got a kit for each of our kids to do at home. We kept them for two weeks. It was the BEST thing! When the kids got bored, I handed them the box. It wasn't long before they were asking me if they could play with the items in the boxes. Inside, there were games, puzzles and other thoughtful pieces which tapped into the kids imagination and really made them think. I highly recommend trying these. They really helped me see that I don't have to hand my children electronics every time they get bored. Five stars. Thank you for doing this."
