"Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend Stay Our stay at this property has reset the bar upon which all future rentals will be gauged. The home is quite spacious. Larger than we had anticipated. We found it to be very clean and served our needs perfectly. Good Hart is a beautiful location and the Lake Michigan Views and Sunsets are priceless. Communication with the host/management was very good. Emily was very helpful during the booking process and answered every question I could think to ask. They were timely from initial contact to check-out. The Hospitality offered by Holiday Vacation Rentals far exceeded our expectations. From the nice gift bag and note to the Dog Treats and the note left for our little fur baby - Charlie. (He, also, says 'Thank You'.) We were there for Thanksgiving weekend - Much to our surprise and delight, there was a Pumpkin Pie in the refrigerator for us. We felt appreciated as guests! I would highly recommend this property."

"Great, historic beach house ! Perfect for relaxing with a favorite book, beach walks and close to town for exploring. Highly recommend for those who enjoy hearing the waves as you sit on the beach or on the porch. A walk back in time. How inviting !"

"We made our reservations through Holiday Vacation Rentals & stayed at Le Bear Resort in Glen Arbor. The reservation was handled precisely & all correspondence was wonderful! Helpful information was sent in a timely manner & much appreciated. The residence was exceptional & immaculate. They had everything you could have imagined in case you forgot anything in your baggage. The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 star was there was no Spectrum cable provided. They did have Apple tv & you could sign in to your existing streaming services if you had your login. Just would have been nice to have known no Spectrum cable tv was provided before making our reservation. The outdoor pool was a refreshing treat to have still been open during the warm weather we had in last week of September 2023. The Resort Manager Jennifer was extremely helpful & friendly."

"We recently rented Aloha Lake Home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was set up for larger groups with plenty of towels , dishes and all the comfort of home! Being right on the water makes this house very special! Being next to the campground made it nice for launching boats ,jet skis or any other watercraft you may have. "Rented the eagle view and it was a great experience! Everything was very clean, and there was enough room for the family, including our three month old son! Pond hill farm and goodheart right down the road, and still close enough to petoskey and harbor springs so we could go out at night and enjoy the city! BEAUTIFUL views of the lake, and the sunsets will take your breath away! 200 steps down to the beach is worth the walk back up! Looking forward to renting again!"
