"Went in to get a oil change on our car. He only put in 4.5 quarts of oil when my car takes five. Was very Rude and disrespectful when we asked to put the oil up to the max line and said we didn't know how to get our own oil. His name was Carlos and would not recommend getting your oil change done by this location. Confidence wasn't high."
"The store itself isn't bad, it's just not fully stocked. MY issue is with the people who shop there, I went there with my wife and daughter earlier today and was utterly disgusted by the open food items. I came across not only a open valentines candy, but a half drunk, half gallon of chocolate milk. It is disgusting to see the ghetto of erie moving into such a nice area. You hood rats need to keep your scum in erie and stop ruining the county."
"The store was packed with people buying last-minute items for Christmas. I love the self checkouts. I use them all the time, and I was able to check out when I was ready."
"Shopping is good but they need to get rid of self checkout. The tire center has damaged my vehicle twice now and denied responsibility. They stripped the stud on my wheel and said it wasn't their fault except THEY were the ones who changed my tires the last time. No one else has touched my tires. Will not be returning."
