"Everyone knows that having a Colonoscopy is an uncomfortable procedure and not something you look forward to. However, I can't say enough good and positive things about the staff at Concord Endoscopy Center! Dr. Thompson was great and had a personality to match, and from the check in with Tasha, guidance through the Prep and Procedure with Shelly, to the Recovery Nurse Lisa, everyone was professional and caring, helping you through what would normally be considered an unpleasant experience. "I just had my third colonoscopy (and earlier had an endoscopy) performed by these folks. I understand an earlier reviewers frustration with the scheduling process. It WAS difficult. BUT, as soon as I left a message re: specific times that I could be reached, bingo, I had an appointment. The staff were, from start to finish, professional, efficient, compassionate & human. I even had some FUN along the way!!! I can't say that I'm looking forward to my next procedure there in 5 years, but I WILL say that I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!"
"I found the Perfect Office! No one actually enjoys what happens at an Endoscopy Office, but Concord Endoscopy has been absolutely wonderful to me! I received weekly calls during my treatment to see how I was doing. They were respectful of my privacy, they listened to my complaints and they always made me feel like they cared. Even after my treatment they have called to make sure I continued to do well. I Love Dr. Gilbert and his caring staff!"
