"I purchased five different varieties of biscotti from the Pennsylvania location two days ago and was very excited to try them. Sadly the biscotti were not very good. First of all the biscotti were soft and chewy, not crunchy like a true biscotti should be. Also they had very little flavor and were a bit stale. It was a sad experience, sort of like purchasing a loaf of artisan Italian bread and finding out that it tastes like a slice of Wonder Bread. I wish them the best but I won't be going back."
