"1/29/24 around 6:30 pm, crew members (dominic specifically) talking very inappropriately and so loudly about other employees that i could hear exactly what he was saying about this employee from across the restaurant at my table, so inappropriate and embarrassing. and also the manager was yelling at an employee so rudely telling her to get back to work (mind you we were the only people in the dining room, not busy at all) and then she walked out to go smoke a cigeratte, RIGHT after telling an employee to get to work… wouldn’t you think the MANGER would help out instead of going outside??? literally disgusted me."

"Went there ordered the special. When I got to the window I said they forgot my quarter pounder. Erica the manager looked up and said they forgot to ring it up. And said sorry and walked off leaving me without my food. No fixing the problem just a sorry and see ya. Erica the manager should of made the cheeseburger and then fixed the price (I ordered the by one get one for a dollar) the fries were freezing cold. The young girl at the window was very kind though. She did a great job."

"As a former employee of this location I can say that working here was very stressful. We were constantly understaffed and overworked. Although I put in so much effort into this place it just wasn’t worth it. I liked it at the beginning but due to poor management I just had to leave. But if you are going to be a customer here please know that most of the employees are probably being overworked and are tired of being understaffed which can lead to them coming off as rude. Also when I worked there most of the staff were teenagers including myself. But that doesn’t make an excuse for bad food and unsanitary conditions."

"This has to be the worst McDonalds in the area. I ordered a double cheeseburger and 10 piece chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. The cheeseburger was good, this is what I got for the McNuggets (see photo.) I guess it’s what I get for not checking the bag before driving away.The sauce that was with the one nugget was opened. They gave me used food!"

"Worst McDonald’s in the 518. I keep telling myself to stop going to this one because of the constant soda machine broken or a 45 min wait at the counter but it’s around the corner from my job. Today I ordered a double cheesy bacon jalapeño quarter pounder with cheese. I got it and it had no bacon or the special cheese they put on this particular burger. I brought it up to the counter. The guy making the food started running his mouth and cussing saying he made it right. I lifted the bun to show the counter girl. I was given a new one 20 min later. I open the box and there’s only one patty. This burger only comes as a double. I take a bite and it’s raw. At this point forget it. My fries were ice cold. No kidding as I watched her scrape the remaining old fries up trying to get my fry box full without making new ones."
