"Coach Leah was recommended to me through a friend and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I had tried, unsuccessfully, to start running/cardio exercise on my own, but found my body was simply not conditioned to the motions I was throwing at it. Leah sat down with me and planned an entire month’s worth of exercises, tweaking them each day or each week as needed, to meet my goals of increasing my functional strength. She has her doctorate in physical therapy, so she has a keen understanding of the movement science of each exercise she plans. I absolutely trust her judgment, knowledge, and expertise to know that my body was becoming healthier and stronger under her tutelage. The app we communicated through has a video of EACH exercise which is incredibly helpful for a novice exerciser like me. Just after a month, I’ve already started to see changes in my body- my shoulders are stronger so I need to size up for my tops. My joints don’t hurt as much and my back pain has subsided because Leah has pinpointed important structural muscles that need to be exercised in order to support my posture. Paired with her knowledge, Leah is simply a wonderful person who is understanding and motivating as a coach. I love checking in with her about my progress and she is able to commiserate."
