"Really amazing experience at Physical Therapy Center of Milford! After ACL reconstruction surgery, I had to spend a lot of time going to PT to recover. The staff here are awesome, friendly, and helpful. Henry helped me throughout the entire process - from barely being able to bend my knee, to being able to run and jump again. His experience and expertise contributed so much to my recovery, I can't thank him enough. Sending me home with customized exercises that enabled me get back to the things I love again, and challenging me along the way - his influence and motivation helped get me where I am today and I am incredibly grateful. It's a long slow journey, but I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received, every step of the way. 10/10 I recommend Physical Therapy Center of Milford, and Henry as a Physical Therapist."

"I've seen a number of physical therapists over the years. I've also been dealing with myofascial and nerve pain most of my life. I've baffled more doctors with my symptoms than I care to mention. I've been living with many assumed diagnoses, presumed prognoses and no real answers. I had come to accept that I would just live with my mystery illness and always have pain. I happened upon The Physical Therapy Center of Milford while dealing with a shoulder issue that was compromising my ability to work. The Orthopedic Doctor that I saw for this issue was baffled (no surprise) and referred me to PT. Due to my previous experiences, I dreaded my initial appointment. That first appointment was not what I had expected. I met with Henry and after a thorough evaluation he was able to confirm that it was an issue with my rotator cuff (something that I suggested to the orthopedic due to previous injury). That validation had restored an optimistic outlook that has been a rarity for me. The Physical Therapy Center of Milford has provided me with an optimistic outcome. They have given me the osteopathic approach that I have been searching for. Thanks for being awesome!"

"Been to them many times over the years for various ailments and they have skilled and caring therapists who have always been a key part of getting my issues worked out and me back onto the road of life. I read the 1 star review and hope you are well. For everyone else don't expect going to any PT for say 3 or 4 hours out of a 168 hour week is going to magically fix you. It's going to take perhaps lifestyle changes (like for my back issues) AND lots of hard work on your part with the "homework" your PT gives u. Until those magic devices from Star Trek/The Expanse become reality........."

"I strongly recommend the Physical Therapy Center in Milford. The office people are very frendly and helpful! They care and do great job booking the appointments! My son is an atlet and had a growning pain issues.The physical therapist Henry did fabulous work! My son had an amazing improvement over the visits. He completely recovered and also has been motivated by Hanry to keep working on specific exercises at home to prevent future injuries. I was helped by the same therapist for back pain issues!!!! I give five stars to this center!"

"The best physical therapists in southern New Hampshire. My doctor highly recommended them, and I can see why. They weren't satisfied until my knee was back to being the best it could be. It is a small enough facility that the therapists can give the individual attention needed for your therapy. They're knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to go there again."
