"Do not do business with this appliance center. They are not upfront and accurate with the information that they share with customers. I had numerous conversations with their sales employee, AJ, who never was clear about rebate offers and programs. To make matters worse, they damaged a part on the stove when they installed and will not deliver it to me. I have to drive 20+ miles out of my way to get something that THEY broke. Stay away. Not good people."

"Christian saved the day. Had 1st team remove old dishwasher and started to install the new one. They had very few tools ( not even a flashlight or pliers) then said that I needed to have an electrician come out and add onto the existing electrical or install an outlet. They inferred that it was easy and I could probably do it myself but that they couldn’t assist me. After frantic calls and a kind person helping me I got this electric done. It was near closing time but Christian agreed to come over and finished the install. He was very pleasant and professional If he had been sent 1st this would be a 5 star review"

"We chose Wilson’s Appliances a couple of years ago after our box store washing machine needed help and servicing was a nightmare. We went with them b/c they’re local and service what they sell. Fast-forward to last week when the remaining box store purchases (refrigerator and dryer) ceased to function within less than seven days of one-another. We once again turned to Wilson’s Appliances who had us up and running within 48 hours of calling. Dave was extremely helpful in guiding our purchases and the staff very helpful with delivery and removal of the defunct appliances. Stay away from box stores and purchase local, people! A very special shout out to John from the Plattsburgh store who went out of his way this afternoon to assist us with an installation question on the new dryer. Good people, good service and really competitive pricing."

"Brand new dryer they delivered like this, offered me 50 dollars back or to replace the panel. I called the next day as they should have at least sent a new one per the manager and wouldn't even though it was their job to offer it at time of delivery and they did not. Second the sales man told me they could install the microwave above stove even though I had a hood the delivery men come and they cant because they aren't Electricians. Due to the inconvenience of having to pay someone else to install the microwave which was 140 they offered refund and only processed 96. When I called about this he said yes because I had to charge delivery fee since we didn't install it. They have not taken accountability for anything and are a complete rip off. Over 2 grand spent with them and this is how they treat people."
