The Schroon Lake Health Center, led by Dr. Nancy Carney, is a trusted medical institution located on North Ave in Schroon Lake, New York. As part of the Hudson Headwaters Health Network, our dedicated team of healthcare providers offers comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages. In addition to regular office hours, we also provide after-hours phone access to ensure 24/7 care for our patients.
For urgent health concerns, our facilities in Glens Falls and Warrensburg offer seven-day urgent care services with some evening hours. These facilities provide prompt medical attention without the need for an appointment, and on-site X-ray services are available.
