"I have been waitlisted since the end of 2020. And when I contacted them about getting in they again said they are book until a certain time and the waitlist is extremely long, even though I’ve been on this so called “wait list” for years. Not professional at all, I’ve been asking to email with Kristen and James refused to get me in contact with her, he said she’s over booked. I honestly don’t even know if a woman named Kristen works there cause I’ve never been in correspondence with here."
