"Terrible experience, I asked for my hair to be cut in long layers and the left side of my hair has no layers but the right side has very short layers in the front. I have curtain bangs that she cut one side shorter than the other. I asked before she cut my hair if she understood what I wanted done and she confirmed that she did.. They also do not have great experience with curly hair. She washed my hair with extremely hot water and blow dried my hair on low heat. Which creates a puffy and undone look. I asked prior to making the appointment if they had experience with curly hair and they confirmed. She also tried to flat iron my hair to make it look done but did not inform me it was an extra cost."
