"We had the distinct privilege of working with Melanie and the team at Plattsburgh Flower market to provide the flowers for our wedding at Valcour inn and Boathouse this Summer. The flowers at my wedding were likely the detail that I paid the most attention to and Melanie wound up dealing with countless emails questioning every detail about the centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and even the beautiful petal design they provided for our aisle. Melanie was always kind and responsive and I cannot speak more highly of her patience in answering each and every question about my floral aspirations. However, just days before the wedding due to issues in the floral industry's supply chain it seemed that there would not be enough roses to cover the wedding. Without charging us another dime, Melanie and the team drove all over the Northeast to collect roses from other shops to ensure our special day would go off as we had envisioned. That should be all you need to know about the folks you are dealing with behind the counter. But to top it all off the work they provided the day off could not have been more beautiful. It exceeded my every expectation and I was thrilled from the moment I got my bouquet to sitting down at my table and admiring the centerpieces. I truly cannot recommend this shop more highly to anyone in need of a skilled florist."
